    After-sales service

    1. Quality Assurance Commitment

    (1) Our company's products have a one-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the goods arrive at the user's location and are accepted and used. If the equipment needs parts replacement due to repairs, the warranty period for that part is from the date it resumes normal operation (based on the repair record date) for one year (except for printers).

    (2) Lifetime service is provided outside the warranty period. Repairs will incur repair fees and parts costs. During the warranty period, repairs or replacements due to quality issues are covered, with repairs done by sending parts, and shipping costs borne by our company. After the warranty period expires, repair and material costs will be charged. However, damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.

    2. After-Sales Service Solutions

    After our company's service center receives a user's technical assistance call, we will adopt the following solutions

    (1) Telephone consultation: Our company will provide 24-hour technical support services to users, answering questions about operation, usage, and daily maintenance encountered during use, and providing detailed suggestions and operating methods for problem-solving.

    (2) Immediate response: Provide a solution within 2 hours.

    User files for all our company's products will be entered into the computer for lifetime tracking service, regular follow-up visits, and lifetime repair!
